  • Who can attend & is registration required?

    Active clients & members + their team members.

    NO! Registration is not required.
    Attend whenever you need the support, even if you decide last minute.

  • When are the Support Calls?

    Nearly every business day at 1 pm Eastern.

    Occasionally we won’t be able to host the Support Call, but we aim to have those on the Events calendar far in advance to allow you ample time to plan.

  • What if I can’t join at the start?

    Not a problem. Support Calls are open for the whole hour and you are encouraged to DROP IN whenever it suits your schedule.

  • Why every day?

    We know that everyone has busy schedules and sometimes business can be unpredictable. We want to ensure you have a consistent opportunity for support you can depend on. We are here for you!

  • What happens on the Support Calls?

    You decide! The Support Calls give you an opportunity to:
